We fingerprint for more than 30 Illinois licensing and background-check programs, including PERC cards, nursing licenses, concealed carry and cannabis agents. We also print FD-258 cards for out-of-state and FBI requests.

Answers before you sign up
Is this a P.O. Box?
No. You get a real street address with a suite number, so you can use it for an LLC, a bank account, and packages from UPS, FedEx and Amazon, which do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How do I sign up?
Start online at mymailcenter.app. Select a location and plan, verify your ID and complete USPS Form 1583 with guided steps. Sign-up takes about 10 minutes.
Can you scan my mail?
Yes. With a virtual mailbox, we photograph each envelope when it arrives. From the app you choose to open and scan it, forward it, hold it for pickup, or shred it.
Do you offer Live Scan fingerprinting?
Yes. My Mail Center is an IDFPR-licensed Live Scan vendor. Live Scan and FD-258 cards are $65 at our Downtown store, with walk-ins welcome.
